By entering or using any service, product or facility offered by Casino de Montréal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 2: AGE AND ELIGIBILITY
All patrons must be at least eighteen (18) years old to enter the casino premises.
Proof of age may be requested by security personnel upon entry into the casino.
ARTICLE 3: RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES
Casino de Montréal is committed to responsible gaming practices and promotes self-exclusion, deposit limits and reality checks for patrons.
Patrons who demonstrate signs of problem gambling may be asked to participate in a brief counseling session with designated staff members.
ARTICLE 4: USE OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The use of facilities and services is restricted to adults eighteen (18) years or older, subject to applicable laws.
Casino de Montréal reserves the right to refuse access to patrons who are under the influence of alcohol or other substances that may impair their judgment.
ARTICLE 5: GAMING REGULATIONS
All gaming activities on the premises are conducted in accordance with Loto-Québec regulations and subject to applicable laws.
Casino de Montréal is committed to maintaining a secure environment for its patrons, staff and assets.
ARTICLE 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The materials provided by or available through Casino de Montréal are owned by the Company or third-party licensors and protected under copyright law.
Patrons agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, license or sell any content without prior written permission of the Company.
ARTICLE 7: LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Casino de Montréal shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from any cause including but limited to data loss, property damage or other losses arising out of use of services.
All patrons acknowledge that they understand and accept these limitations before using our facilities.
ARTICLE 8: CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
Casino de Montréal reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or facility at its discretion without notice.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended by posting updates on designated areas of casino premises or through electronic notifications as applicable.
ARTICLE 9: GOVERNING LAW
The laws of Quebec govern all matters, including but not limited to interpretations, validity and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Québec).
ARTICLE 10: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any claim arising out of or relating to use of services must be submitted within one year after its occurrence.
All decisions made under dispute resolution procedures are final and binding.
ARTICLE 11: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any other conditions on designated areas of casino premises constitute the entire agreement between you and Casino de Montréal in relation to use of services.
No other terms or agreements shall be inferred from our conduct unless formally accepted by us.
ARTICLE 12: NO WAIVER
A delay or failure by either party to exercise their rights under these Terms does not waive any right for future action.
LASTLY, BY ACCESSING THESE FACILITIES AND USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
